Baseboard's two-way integration model connects Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Local Services Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Tag Manager, alongside Jobber and RingCentral. Read connected business data and, where a management feature has been accepted and enabled for your organization, approve supported changes to the resources you control.

Management coverage is being expanded to Business Profile review replies, posts and business information; advertising conversions, lead feedback, campaign status and budgets; supported Analytics key event and audience settings; Search Console sitemap submissions; Tag Manager workspaces and publishing; and supported Jobber notes, clients, requests, quotes and jobs.

New management features remain disabled until they pass acceptance and are enabled for the connected organization. Availability also depends on provider approval, granted permissions and resource roles. Public changes require review and confirmation; Tag Manager publication requires explicit confirmation. RingCentral SMS sending remains disabled pending the sender's decision, consent controls and messaging registration. Connecting an account alone does not activate these actions.

The Google consent screen identifies this service as Bodell Systems Integrations. Before new editing features are enabled, authorization upgrades must preserve existing granted read access and identify any additional editing permissions needed. Saved reports show their dates and coverage, and incomplete coverage is shown separately from zero activity.
